Aman Ambulance Services is committed to providing reliable and timely ambulance and patient transport services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Service Booking
When a customer books an ambulance through:
- Website
- Phone
- Any other communication channel
It is considered a confirmed service request.
Once an ambulance is assigned and dispatched, operational costs such as fuel, staff, and medical readiness are incurred.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) Before Ambulance Dispatch
If a booking is cancelled before the ambulance is dispatched, no cancellation charge will apply and a full refund (if paid) may be issued.
b) After Ambulance is Dispatched
If the booking is cancelled after the ambulance has been dispatched, a cancellation charge will apply based on:
- Distance travelled
- Time spent
- Medical and operational readiness
Only the remaining amount, if any, may be refunded.
c) After Ambulance Reaches Pickup Location
No refund will be issued if:
- The ambulance reaches the pickup location
- The patient or caller refuses service
- The service is cancelled after arrival
This is because full operational cost has already been incurred.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Incorrect address or contact details were provided
- False emergency or misuse of service
- Patient was not available at pickup location
- Service was delayed due to traffic, weather, or external factors
- Patient condition changed or hospitalization was refused
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of service completion.
We will review:
- Call records
- GPS tracking
- Service logs
And provide a final decision.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
